  • Tripled membership in 12 months and introduced the recurring member revenue model.
  • Designed and launched The Growth Programme, Business Leader's core paid product, turning Sir Richard Harpin's book How to Make a Billion in 9 Steps into a nine-step growth programme for CEOs scaling from £3m to £250m.
  • Delivered the Business Leader Summit, the UK's flagship event for scaling CEOs, 850 attendees.
  • Rebuilt the operating stack from the ground up, with CRM, database and systems built around Claude AI as the operating platform; built an enriched CEO/ICP database wired into the marketing engine.
  • Media across 6 print & digital issues a year; the weekly podcast won Audio Journalism of the Year (Wincott Foundation Awards). New brand identity and website delivered. Added 9 new annual partnerships.

Executive leadership across operations, product, development and platform integration at one of the world's fastest-growing lifestyle hospitality and flexible-living brands, combining rooms, F&B, coworking, wellness, travel & tours, retreats and nightclubs.

  • Part of the executive team that delivered Selina's Nasdaq listing in 2022, contributing to over $1bn in enterprise value creation.
  • Opened 46 hotels across 11 countries; full operational responsibility for 60 hotels, ~90 F&B outlets and 7 nightclubs across 16 countries.
  • Held P&L responsibility of £185m across operations, commercial, finance, HR, design & development, pre-opening and customer experience.
  • Led a global team of 3,100. As CPO, led product strategy across accommodation, F&B, wellness, travel, coworking and digital, including a 66-person Tel Aviv technology team building Selina's proprietary tech ecosystem.
  • Developed Selina Passport, the global membership programme, a monthly subscription ("a Passport for Nomads") that created baseline recurring revenue and lifted shoulder- and off-season occupancy.
  • Launched Luna, the group loyalty programme, built to drive repeat stays, direct bookings and customer lifetime value.
  • During Covid, helped lead the acquisition and turnaround of Remote Year, becoming CEO and delivering ~$5m revenue in the first 12 months post-acquisition.

  • Delivered the sale to Ares Real Estate Management in 2018.
  • Built the business to 1,700 apartments across 31 buildings, with a pipeline of 1,800+ apartments across major UK cities.
  • Won a Business Travel Award for Best UK Serviced Accommodation Provider; Native Manchester named Best Hotel in the North of England by The Sunday Times.

  • Led the development and launch of Livocity, a new internal start-up serving as a test bed for innovation later rolled out across the main business.
  • As Regional Manager, oversaw 4,500+ bedrooms and 190 staff across London with full P&L accountability.
  • As Regional Sales Manager, grew the London portfolio from 1,600 to 3,500 beds, built the sales team and systems, and delivered a sales centre supporting 95–98% occupancy.
